To officially confirm the booking, we require no payment but your credit card details, using our booking engine. If you feel more comfortable, you can confirm the room by paying 50% of the total via bank transfer, not refundable. 

Our CANCELLATION TERMS for direct booking

Up to 15 days prior to arrival: No penalty (unless you paid by bank transfer)

from 14 to 7 days prior to arrival: Penalty 30% of the total amount of the booking

from 6 to 3 days prior to arrival: Penalty 50% of the total amount of the booking

from 2 days prior to arrival to no show: Penalty 100% of the total amount of the booking.
